Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is about pressure and intention. Goals are set by evaluating your intake form and discussing treatment prior to the start of the session. Often pressure and intention is varied as the therapist evaluates the integrity of the tissue being worked and how it responds. Techniques including swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and stretching may be utilized depending on your needs and requests.

Prenatal Massage
Designed to accommodate mommies-to-be and their changing bodies. Available to those over 12 weeks with normal healthy pregnancies. Fully trained and certified by Carol Osborne Body Therapy Education.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a compression technique applied to specific points on the feet that relate to all organs and parts of the body. When these points are contacted they unblock congestion and help improve circulation and energy flow to help normalize the body's rhythms & reduce stress.

Thai for the Table
Thai massage for the table is based on an ancient holistic therapy that encourages the body to come back to a state of pure harmony, balance, health and flexibility. This technique focuses on releasing tight joints, stretching muscles, increasing range of motion (ROM), and reducing stress. No oil or lotion is used in this unique blend of massage, acupressure, energy work and yoga stretches. Loose, comfortable clothing (yoga attire) is recommended.
